Sale policy

We dont offer a waiting list all rabbits are FCFS when they are posted available. Please note kits leave at 8 weeks old if I feel they are doing well with weaning and eating .Rabbits can hide pain and sickness and kits go down hill quick things happen sadly If your claimed kit pass away before pick up you will be notified asap . I do take proof of death pictures and keep them for 3 days after the kit has passed I dont send these else asked as I know it can be disrupting. If you fail to show up at meet up you will be not be allowed to buy in the future If im notified ahead of time ( day or two before ) this doesn't apply .CHBF RABBITRY Sales Policy (located in whitesburg TN)


We will gladly provide pictures of our rabbitry as well as pictures of our bunny’s parents upon request 
All our Bunnies are sold with transitional food and a care sheet. Most have pedigree as well.
No bunny will leave until 8 weeks of age or older. Depending on the bunnies progress some need longer than others.
No sales to anyone under the age of 18 without a parent present
All rabbits are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale, I cannot guarantee the health or well being of any rabbit once it leaves my possession.
The SELLER is not responsible for any injury, mishandling, or improper feeding or care of the bunny that may result in harm or even death.
We will try our best to determine the sex at the time of sale, but this is not always guaranteed, the same with color, as bunnies tend to change in color as they grow, molt, and get older.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time and for any reason seeing to the well being of the rabbit or rabbits.
I will hold a rabbit for no more than 1 weeks, unless other arrangements have been made in advance This only applies if kit or rabbit is ready to go 
If we have already discussed arrangements and you need a bunny held longer than the 7 days agreed upon an additional charge of $15.00 pre day will need to be paid to cover the cost of feed and care for your bunny 
Any buyer who backs out of a sale or does not meet at the agreed upon time and place forfeits any deposit or payment as well as the rabbit/rabbits being held Will also go on a dont sell to list 
Pick up is the responsibility of the buyer. 
If for any reason you cannot keep the bunny you must return it back to us but no money will be returned.
